To be precise, the two Yadea electric motorbikes that can get a discount of IDR 7 million are the Yadea T9 and Yadea E8S Pro. Now both motorbikes can be owned for IDR 14.5 million for the Yadea T9 and IDR 16.9 million for the Yadea E8S Pro.
In fact, the initial price of the two electric motorbikes is Yadea T9 at IDR 23.9 million and Yadea E8S Pro at IDR 21.5 million.
Gerry Kertowidjojo, Director of PT Indomobil Emotor Internasional, Yadea producer in Indonesia, said that from the start they had really supported the policies of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to create a better future environment. According to him, the government’s policy towards electric vehicles is believed to be able to accelerate the growth of the electric motorbike population in Indonesia.
“Through T9 and E8S Pro, we hope that people can make a positive contribution to the environment in the future,” said Gerry Kertowidjojo, Tuesday (19/9/2023).
It is known that the granting of the IDR 7 million subsidy was carried out based on strict regulations. The only electric motorbikes that can get this discount are electric motorbikes that have a Domestic Component Rate (TKDN) of 40 percent.
Currently, electric motorbikes that meet these requirements can be found via the official SISAPIRa website (Information System for Assistance in Purchasing Two-Wheeled Electric Motor Vehicles).
“People who have passed the SISAPIRa verification will certainly get convenience in purchasing Indomobil Yadea molis units,” wrote Yadea’s official statement.
The Yadea T9 and Yadea E8S Pro can be said to be attractive electric motorbike choices. The two electric motorbikes are equipped with a very sophisticated battery, namely the TTFAR Graphene-based Battery.
This battery allows the Yadea T9 to travel a maximum distance of 100 kilometers. The Yadea E8S Pro has an even longer distance, namely 150 kilometers.
It’s just that the maximum speed of the two electric motorbikes is almost the same as electric motorbikes in general. The maximum speed of the Yadea E8S Pro is 60 kilometers per hour. Likewise, the Yadea T9 also has a maximum speed of 60 kilometers per hour.
