BOLOGNA – Lamborghini released a special car the only one in the world, the Lamborgini Huracan Sterrato Opera Unica. This car took 370 hours to paint.
This happened because Lamborghini not only wanted to make the car the only one in the world but also the only paint that could not be imitated.
“The only car in the world is on a different level. This car continues the Lamborghini tradition, namely being able to steal attention and turn a car into a work of art,” said Stephan Winkelmann, CEO of Lamborghini, quoted by Autoblog, Saturday (5/8/2023).
Stephan Winkelmann said that the paint on the Lamborghini Huracan Sterato Opera Unica was inspired by the beauty and colors of the beautiful city in Italy, Sardinia. From there they want to present special colors that seem like crystals.
From there Lamborghini asked for a special division made by them, Lamborghini Ad Personam to make the only paint in the world. Paint that will not be imitated by other cars.
“We did experiments in the painting process to create a very exclusive personalization. The color of this car looks like a blue crystal effect,” explained Stephan Winkelmann.
Autoblog says that to get this special blue color, Lamborghini is trying to combine three typical Lamborghini blue colors, namely Blu Amnis, Blu Grifo and Blu Fedra.
“What is special about this car is not the performance but the paint. The process of making paint for up to 370 hours is a long time,” said Autoblog.
Special colors are also not only on the outside. The interior of the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Opera Unica is also very special.
The interior color comes in shades of blue called Blu Delphinus. These colors are combined with lightweight materials that keep the performance of the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato Opera Unica maintained.
This is because the sports crossover car with the Angry Bull logo still uses the same engine as the previous model. It is known that the general version of the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato is equipped with a 5,200 cc V10 engine that can produce a maximum power of 602 horsepower and 565 Nm of torque. Acceleration from 0-100 kph is reached in 3.4 seconds and the top speed is limited to 260 kilometers per hour.
Unfortunately, the price for this special car has not yet been announced. What is certain is that the owner already exists and is still very secret.
