Finally, the newest Vespa GTV 300 arrived in Southeast Asia. Precisely in Vietnam where the Italian scooter comes with two attractive color choices, namely Sabbia Beige and Titanio Gray.
The two scooters are sold at an attractive price of 159 million Dong or around IDR101.5 million. Of course, this price is not too expensive when compared to the big name Vespa GTV, history, and abundant features.
In fact, the appearance of the new Vespa GTV 300 has already been seen at the EICMA 2022 event in Milan, Italy. It’s just that now the scooter has been mass produced for the Southeast Asian region.
Compared to the existing Vespa GTV in Vietnam and Indonesia, the new Vespa GTV 300 has improved in terms of design. Even though it still maintains the typical retro design of Vespa, this gambot scooter has very aerodynamic design curves.
The indicator panel on the Vespa GTV 300 is now much more modern. No more analog speedometer replaced with a digital panel.
windscreen also comes with a new shape. Now the windscreen uses the same material as the body of the new Vespa GTV 300.
The typical Vespa GTV lamp also now comes with LED technology so that it provides much better lighting.
Down the center of the front apron, the tie design features sporty side slits and orange trim on the air vents. The 5-spoke wheels were also refreshed, painted matte black with orange-striped stampings.
Another feature of the Vespa GTV 2023 is the single motorized seat that looks like a racing car. In terms of comfort and functionality, this scooter is equipped with a Smartkey smart key, a connection system to a cellphone, and a USB port that can charge electronic devices.
As for technical specifications, the new Vespa GTV 300 is still equipped with a 300 HPE engine, single cylinder, 278.3 cc capacity, electronic fuel injection, liquid cooled. This machine can generate power of 23.8 horsepower and 26 Nm of torque.
For safety technology, the Vespa GTV 2023 is equipped with a two-channel ABS anti-lock braking system and ASR anti-skid wheels.
Until now, the new Vespa GTV 300 is only available for Vietnam. It’s just not impossible that in the near future this gambot scooter can greet the Indonesian people
