PT NETA Auto Indonesia has announced that the NETA V-II electric car, previously introduced at the Periklindo Electric Vehicle Show 2024, is now officially priced at IDR 299 million.
“NETA V-II is our first new lineup for 2024. This car comes with a smart and stylish concept, aimed at the active and energetic young generation. We have set the price of NETA V-II at IDR 299 million,” said Managing Director of PT NETA Auto Indonesia, Jerry Huang, in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Huang added that the vehicle price includes Value Added Tax (VAT) incentives. He also mentioned that the NETA V-II has obtained a Domestic Component Level (TKDN) certification of 44 percent.
The compact SUV NETA V-II has dimensions of 4,070mm x 1,690mm x 1,540mm and can accommodate five passengers. This vehicle is equipped with various advanced features such as the Starlight Front Grille, LED Headlights, and 16-inch alloy wheels. Additionally, the NETA V-II offers an intelligent driving system with nine Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions.
The nine ADAS functions include Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Front Vehicle Start Alert (FSA), Full-Speed Adaptive Cruise (ACC), Traffic Jam Assist (TJA), Intelligent Cruise Assist (ICA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), and High Beam Assist (HBA).
The NETA V-II is powered by a 36.1 kWh Lithium Ferro-Phosphate (LFP) battery, which is claimed to be able to travel up to 401 km on a single charge. The DC Fast Charging technology allows the battery to be charged from 30 percent to 80 percent in just 30 minutes.
“With various innovative and advanced features and specifications, the price of NETA V-II is quite competitive in its market,” said Jerry. “We hope to attract consumer interest, especially those who are looking to transition to using electric cars.”
Buyers of the NETA V-II will also enjoy additional benefits, such as a lifetime warranty for the battery, drive motor, and motor control unit; a PLN Mobile balance of IDR 2.5 million; free wall charging and installation; and free charging at all charging stations for 30 days.
