Head of Polda Metro Jaya Satpas Daan Mogor Iptu Deni said that motorcycle users with a capacity of 250 are not required to have a C1 license, so Kawasaki 250 and CBR 250 users can still use a C license.
“The C1 SIM is for users of 250 cc to 500 cc motorcycles, whereas for 250cc motorcycle users it can only be a C SIM, because in the STNK motor is written 249 cc,” the statement was quoted from the YouTube channel Alitt Susanto, Tuesday (4/6/2024).
Generally speaking, making a C1 does not differ from a regular C, in terms of health tests, psychological tests, tests, theories, and practical tests.
“H, for the C1 SIM will use a test motor with a capacity of 500 cc, which is larger and corresponds to the vehicle desired by that C1 test applicant,” added Ipda Deni.
Besides, the requirement is to be able to have a C1 license, i.e. have already had a C license for a year.
