Kawasaki is presenting special motorbikes at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show which will be held starting this Wednesday (25/10/2023). In this event there were seven motorbikes brought by Kawasaki.
Of the seven motorbikes, four Kawasaki Ninja motorbikes are the center of attention. First up is the Kawasaki Ninja ZX 40th Anniversary Edition. The motorbike has been dressed up to match the Kawasaki Ninja’s 40th anniversary celebrations.
In total there are two motorbike variants used for this special edition, namely the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR. Both motorbikes come with a combination of three colors typical of when the Kawasaki Ninja first came out 40 years ago, namely green, white and blue.
Kawasaki is just playing livery for this special edition motorbike. They have not changed the specifications or mechanical heart of the Kaawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR at all.
Apart from that, they also provided several special elements or symbols that show the Kawasaki Ninja’s 40th anniversary celebration. An example is the gas tank cover which now has a 40th anniversary logo.
“The blue Kawasaki logo graphic is also adapted to the first Kawasaki Ninja graphic,” said Kawasaki’s official statement, Wednesday (25/10/2023).
The third Kawasaki Ninja which is no less special is the Kawasaki Ninja 7 Hybrid. Especially for the Kawasaki Ninja 7 Hybrid, the Japanese motorbike company said this motorbike is the first most powerful hybrid motorbike in the world. The Kawasaki Ninja 7 Hybrid is equipped with a 451 cc water-cooled parallel two-cylinder engine, traction motor and large capacity drive battery.
Unfortunately, Kawasaki has not yet revealed the maximum power of the hybrid motorbike.
Likewise with the fourth Kawasaki Ninja, namely the Kawasaki Ninja e-1. Kawasaki only said that this motorbike is the first electric sports motorbike that can finally be used on the road.
The Kawasaki Ninja e-1 is equipped with two unique riding modes, namely “e-boost” and “WALK mode”. The “e-boost” mode is used to get additional power when accelerating. On the other hand, “Walk mode” actually provides the ability to walk slowly with maneuvers that remain agile.
“The Kawasaki Ninja e-1 provides driving pleasure like the previous Kawasaki Ninja,” explained Kawasaki.
However, for those who are not too interested in the Kawasaki Ninja, there are also four other motorbikes that can steal your attention. The four are the Kawasaki Meguro S1, Kawasaki W230, and Kawasaki KLX 230.
