Honda Starts Offering Used, Cheap and Quality Jet Planes

An attractive offer was given by the Honda Aircraft Company recently. They are ready to offer used jet aircraft at low prices and quality.

So for consumers who are interested in the HondaJet but are faced with price issues, they can consider this option. As an illustration, the HondaJet 2600, Honda’s newest aircraft, is currently being sold at IDR 180 billion.

This price is quite expensive for consumers who are interested in owning a private jet. From there the Honda Aircraft Company opened a service for selling used jet aircraft called Certified Pre-Owned HondaJet or certified used HondaJet.

“Demand for HondaJet continues to increase, the existence of previously owned jet aircraft is an important step to enter the HondaJet community,” said HondaJet Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Amod Kelkar.

Just like selling used cars, used jets sold at Honda are claimed to be in the best condition. The reason is that the HondaJet that is being sold must first pass an inspection.

No kidding, there are 280 points that need to be retested so they can be sold. In addition, the Honda Aircraft Company will also improve the performance of the used jet aircraft in accordance with the existing service bulletin.

Buyers will also not only get jet planes. The Honda Aircraft Company is also responsible for training the assigned customer or pilot for six months so that they can understand the external condition of the used jet aircraft.

“We want to ensure that all HondaJet owners, current and future, will have the best ownership experience and peace of mind, whether the jet is new or used,” said Amod Kelkar.

Currently there are only two HondaJets available for the program to purchase used jet aircraft, namely the first generation HondaJet and HondaJet Elite II.
Both use Honda’s signature perched-wing engine-mount design.

Both jets were equipped with twin GE Honda HF/120 engines. Apart from the pilot, both aircraft can accommodate five passengers with two crew members or six passengers with one jet crew.

This program does not apply to the newly launched HondaJet 2600. The reason is that orders for the HondaJet 2600 are still ongoing today.
