The price of a sports car from Lithuania is enough to make your forehead wrinkle. The price is only USD38,000 or around Rp. 587.3 million.
When compared with conditions in Indonesia, the price of the Rhino Racing RR01 is almost the same as the Toyota Fortuner which has a price tag of IDR 564.2 million.
The cheap price will certainly make you think that the production quality is poor. Don’t be surprised, the Rhino Racing RR01 actually looks extraordinary as a sports car. The appearance is no less cool than Lamborghini and Ferrari.
In fact, the engine used for this car is the Audi R8 5.2 V10 engine. This engine was once used by the Lamborghini Gallardo car. Rhino Racing does not provide information about the maximum power of the engine.
It’s just that the specification data from Audi states that the engine can produce a maximum power of 562 horsepower. Amazing isn’t it?

So why is this car so cheap compared to other sports cars? The answer is because Rhino Racing sends the car to consumers in decomposed components.
So consumers who want to pay IDR 564.2 million have to assemble the car themselves until it is complete. But don’t be afraid, Rhino Racing claims that enthusiasts don’t need to have advanced manufacturing techniques to assemble every component they send.
For a price of IDR 564.2 million, Rhino Racing will provide basic package components such as the chassis, body, steering wheel, suspension, car body, exhaust package, and fuel system. Don’t forget that there is a special package called the Lightning Package so that the car’s performance is not embarrassing when on the road.
For those who feel that this is not enough, Rhino Racing provides racing components which are purchased separately. For example, racing tires, a racing car cooling system, competition standard brakes, and a typical racing car interior.
Each component has a different price. So it’s possible that the price will reach more than IDR 1 billion.
However, the concept provided by Rhino Racing is quite interesting because when else will you be able to make a sports car with your own hands?
