Apple once shocked the world community because it was heard that it would make an electric car called the Apple Car. This is based on the fact that there is a special program called Project Titan.
It’s just that over time the Apple Car has become just an issue. The news that came out was just having trouble finding the right partner to produce their first electric car.
It’s no wonder that many people are pessimistic about Apple actually being able to make an electric car. A different view was actually voiced by analyst from Wedbush Securities, Daniel Ives to CNBC recently.
He still believes Apple will continue with Project Titan. It’s just that, according to him, Apple executives are trying not to provide official information about the electric car.
“It is estimated to appear in 2026. This is not a problem if, but only a matter of time,” said Daniel Ives.
He actually said that throughout its history, Apple has never been in a hurry to present attractive products. They don’t even look pressured when many people ask about Apple’s ability to realize the electric car.
Even though according to him over time Apple has made several technological transformations that allow them to make electric cars.
“There are still many who underestimate the efforts made by Apple for the plan,” explained Daniel Ives.
Apple’s success in making electric cars will certainly make the world’s electric car market more crowded. Moreover, some of the world’s electronics manufacturers have also joined earlier than Apple.
It is known that Sony has made an electric car called Afeela. The electric car was made jointly with Honda using a new flag called Sony Honda Mobility. The electric car will be sold in 2025.
Apart from Sony, another electronics manufacturer that has made electric cars is Huawei. Currently, Huawei’s electric car named Aito M5 is still undergoing the testing process. It is planned that the electric car will also be sold in 2025.
