Alva’s electric motorcycle owners don’t have to worry anymore if they want to take care of their beloved electric car.
In an official statement received on Monday (June 3, 2024), it was stated that the collaboration was an Alva effort to improve consumer driving experience through the one-stop solution concept in the maintenance of electric vehicles.
“We are very excited about this collaboration, because this strategic collaboration is an important step in strengthening our commitment to providing convenience and satisfaction to consumers, in line with our vision of providing the best emission-free driving experience with Alva,” said Purbaja Pantja, Alva’s Chief Executive Officer.
“By duplicating Otoklix as a partner, we provide more inclusive access to all Alva consumers to access ALVA after-sales services especially in the Jabodetabek area,” Purbaja added.
Through this collaboration, Alva consumers can enjoy ALVA after-sales service not only at the Alva Experience Center stores, but also at various Otoklix workshop points spread across the Jabodetabek region. The service includes periodic maintenance, but not limited to that. Other after-sales services such as service and repair services until the sale of spare parts are also being developed.
