Ryan Reynolds, the actor who played in the film Deadpool and his partner in the film world Michael B Jordan recently bought shares of the French Formula 1 team, Alpine Racing Limited. Through the company Otro Capital and RedBird Capital Partners, Ryan Renolds bought a 24 percent stake owned by Alpine Racing Limited.
For this purchase, they spent 200 million Euros or the equivalent of Rp. 3.26 trillion. Luca de Meo, CEO of the Renault Group, the company under which Alpine Racing is affiliated, said that the purchase of shares by Ryan Renolds and Michael B Jordan would be very beneficial for them.
According to him, Alpine Racing was created not just to be a team that enlivens Formula 1 races. They also want the racing team to succeed in becoming a winner in this most prestigious car race.
“This collaboration will accelerate Alpine Racing, especially from increasing brand value,” said Luca de Meo.
