More Techy, Hyundai Palisade is now Can Avoid Traffic Jams Easily

PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia (HMID) has added very interesting features to the Hyundai Palisade. Hyundai’s flagship premium SUV is now equipped with the latest navigation system which makes it easy to avoid traffic jams.

This navigation system is not an ordinary navigation system. According to Hyundai’s official statement, the navigation system is not ordinary technology.

Hyundai connects the navigation system to Bluelink technology. From there, the navigation on the Hyundai Palisade has a feature called Connected Routing.

This feature allows Hyundai Palisade owners to select more than one destination location. After that, the navigation system will suggest routes with more accurate estimates of traffic conditions and more precise arrival times.

Apart from Connected Routing, another feature that is no less interesting is Send to Car. So Hyundai Palisade owners don’t need to press the navigation feature on the car’s head unit to reach their destination.

They just need to access Bluelink on their cellphone and then choose the destination location they want. Once the location is selected, it can be sent to the navigation system via the Send to Car feature.

Bluelink technology also adds added value to the Hyundai Palisade apart from an attractive navigation system. The Bluelink feature also allows the Hyundai Palisade to have a View Around My Vehicle feature which allows users to take pictures around the vehicle using a 360 camera via smartphone.

Apart from that, there are also weather forecasts via the Weather feature. Not to forget, there is also a Personal Service feature which allows users to link personal agenda information on their smartphone to the Calendar menu on the vehicle head unit.

Users can also use the built-in Voice Command feature, namely giving voice commands after pressing a special button on the steering wheel to adjust the temperature, open or close windows, open the trunk door, control the infotainment system, make phone calls, and so on.

Now, users can also make Map and infotainment system updates over-the-air (OTA) which will be checked regularly and downloaded automatically when available.

Woojune Cha, President Director of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia said, “This feature is presented in an effort to strengthen our commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction and innovative experiences as our main focus. “With this, it is hoped that Hyundai’s position as a game changer in the Indonesian automotive sector will be even stronger in the future.”
