The Indonesian automotive market will continue to be busy until next year. It is predicted that in 2024 there will be various new cars coming from various brands. Be it Japanese, Chinese and European brands.

1.Mitsubishi L100 Electric
The electric Mitsubishi L100 is a car produced in Indonesia. To be precise, at the Mitsubishi factory in Cikarang, West Java. Mitsubishi has actually often brought this electric car to various automotive exhibitions under the name Mitsubishi Minicab MiEV.

2. HAVAL H6 PHEV
The Chinese brand hybrid car, HAVAL H6 PHEV is planned to start coming to Indonesia in the first quarter of 2024. This hybrid car will be assembled in the Wanaherang area, Bogor and will be Great Wall Motor’s first flagship car selling in Indonesia.
3. Chery Omoda 5 EV
The Chery Omoda 5 EV electric car is assembled in the Bekasi area, West Java. Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) has even opened orders for this electric car starting at the end of 2023.
This car will open the CSI business in 2024.
4. Jaecoo 7
Jaecoo is a sub-brand under Chery apart from Omoda. Jaecoo has a different segment from Chery and Omoda, namely young people who need a car with a contemporary and stylish feel.
This car, which will compete in the SUV segment, has a somewhat messy design with increased light designs flanking a large vertical grille. Powered by a 1,600 cc, 4 cylinder turbo engine, it is capable of producing 184 hp of power and 276 Nm of peak torque which is distributed to all wheels (AWD).
5. VinFast VF6
VinFast has committed to being present in Indonesia next year. Currently VinFast has many cars available in the market.
It’s just that for Indonesia, it is likely that the first car that will be brought in 2024 is the VinFast VF6. This crossover electric car will be an attractive offer for the hot compact SUV segment because of the many models available.
6. Toyota Fortuner 2024
The prediction for the next car release in 2024 is from the Japanese automotive manufacturer, Toyota, which will reportedly launch the latest generation of the Toyota Fortuner.
If you look at the leaked images on the internet which are thought to be the 2024 Fortuner, this Ladder Frame SUV has undergone major changes to its face. The 2024 Fortuner’s fascia appears to have a hexagonal grille with chrome accents. Meanwhile, the headlamp is made to appear more aggressive.
