Breaking: Honda Owners’ Nightmare – eSAF Frames Exposed! AHM’s Urgent Solution Unveiled!

The eSAF (enhanced Smart Architechture Frame) frame is still a hot topic of conversation. The latest development platform from PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) is accused of being easy to rust and become porous.

Responding to the many complaints, AHM is committed to providing the best service for consumers. One of them is through the eSAF frame checking service for consumers who have complaints about their motorbikes.

The check was carried out at the Astra Honda Authorized Service Station (AHASS) workshop. AHM also opens a 24-hour contact center service for handling every consumer’s motorbike.

For consumer safety and comfort while driving, AHM will cooperate with the Ministry of Transportation and the KNKT in conducting an investigation. If there are Honda consumers who still have complaints about Honda motorbikes, AHM and its network will help to handle them

AHM Marketing Director Octavianus Dwi Putro said that his party is currently still investigating the issue of the eSAF frame which is accused of being rusty and porous. In fact, the vehicle has been used for more than one year or has exceeded the warranty period.

“We are very careful in carrying out searches and analyzes by investigating the causes of the problems complained of. We are cooperative in helping the ministry analyze these consumer complaints. “Thank you for your trust in AHM and the entire Honda network,” said Octa in an official statement.

For 24-hour contact center service, consumers can call 1-500-989, which can be accessed from all over Indonesia. Apart from that, Honda consumers can come to the official AHASS workshop to express their complaints regarding the eSAF frame.

For your information, currently the eSAF frame is used in several Honda automatic scooter models, such as Genio, BeAT, BeAT Street, Scoopy, and Vario 160. So consumers who have this type of motorbike can visit AHASS for a frame inspection.
