Noise that occurs in the car is sometimes very disturbing comfort. In standard conditions, actually every car is equipped with a silencer to prevent excess noise from entering the room in the car. That is what Nexindo Audio Nugraha is trying to answer by presenting the Noisekill NK-80 Air.
It’s just that sometimes the damping material used is not very effective. From there, many car owners then replace the sound absorbing material which is much better.
The problem is that sometimes the sound dampening material used actually adds to the weight of the car, making it heavier. This is because the material used is thick and heavy.

The official statement states that the Noisekill NK-80 Air focuses on lightening the weight of the silencer. Now the weight of one damper measuring 75cm x 46cm only weighs 700 grams (per sheet). This is of course significantly reduced when compared to other types of butyl rubber, which have a weight of 1.3 kg to 1.4 kg, with the same size.
“No other ingredients are added, so it can be light without reducing the best quality, so it’s pure,” said Frans Margo, Brand Manager of Nexindo Audio Nugraha.
In addition to the more premium quality of butyl rubber, the NK-80 Air is made to be softer than rubber in general.
It was further stated that the Noisekill NK-80 Air is very suitable for use in electric cars. This happened because it turns out that many electric car owners are still not satisfied with the soundproofing of their vehicles.
On the other hand, adding a car damper is a scourge for electric car users. Because the weight of their vehicles are becoming heavier than before. But if you don’t add a damper, the EV car’s tightness is still not optimal.
