The Wuling booth at the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show 2023 (GIIAS) event which was held at ICE BSD City, Tangerang looked different because of the presence of the Wuling Air ev electric car which had made netizens furious. It is known that some time ago Wuling Air ev, which was used as an ambulance, surprised the virtual world.
Because the electric car is relatively small for an ambulance. As many as 12 units of Wuling Air electric cars and ambulances are known to have been sent to Makassar to meet the needs of health assistance.
Interestingly, at the GIIAS 2023 event, the ambulance electric car that caused a stir was also present at the Wuling booth.
Based on MNC Portal Indonesia’s observations, Wuling Air ev, which was used as an ambulance, did receive some special equipment. Now to accommodate patients, the Wuling Air ev ambulance did make a few changes to the passenger’s front seat.
The front seat, which was originally upright, is now fully reclined so that the patient can use it comfortably. Apart from that, the Wuling Air ev ambulance is also equipped with an oxygen cylinder. Well, the oxygen cylinder is placed in the trunk of the Wuling Air ev which is not that big.
Not only oxygen cylinders, the WUling Air ev ambulance also has a monitoring device that can be used to determine the patient’s condition. The tool is very sufficient to monitor the patient’s condition while heading to the hospital.
Wuling doesn’t seem to make this tiny electric car a pure ambulance. The reason is that the Wuling Air ev is called a Medical Assistance car. So the electric car is only a mode of supporting transportation for people who need health care that is not too heavy.
